A series of 4 x 90-minute lunchtime seminars, hosted online by Chris and Lettitia.
We will explore the complexities of perinatal mental health including new insights into associated conditions and ways to manage more challenging aspects of the perinatal experience such as intrusive thoughts, self-harm and suicide.
Chris and Letitia will discuss the intricacies of clinician wellbeing and what it’s like to be a perinatal clinician, as well as provide opportunities for discussion. They will not be recorded. Please email hello@perinatalpeople.com to register your interest.

Perinatal People was founded by a collective of psychologists with extensive experience in the perinatal space. They understand the depth, complexity and nuance of the perinatal period, and offer support across clinical, supervisory, education and training roles.
